Bungalow Renovation

This bungalow was purchased by a customer who wanted a complete overhaul plus 2 extensions and a double garage. The property was completely stripped back to brick, internal floors removed and the existing roof taken off. Inclusive of the extensions, new concrete and screed floors were put in incorporating underfloor heating. It was re-plastered throughout, new electrics, new bathrooms, new kitchen and joinery. It was also tiled and carpeted throughout. The exterior was finished in a thin coat through coloured render system, fully landscaped and finished with a new coloured tarmac driveway.
