Single storey extension & garage conversion
This was a job that transformed a small kitchen area, dining room and separate garage into a modern open plan living space. To do this we had some hefty steelwork to erect and put in all coinciding with the arrival of and battling with 'The beast from the East' through the beginning of the year. We made it to the end of the job and look back now at the end result with great satisfaction. Our customer ended up with a light and airy kitchen/breakfast/lounge area with separate dining room and a revamped lounge no2 area at the front of the house. A new downstairs cloakroom with w/c and basin was formed in the old pantry area under the stairs and a new bathroom was arranged to replace the existing one. We have recently returned to this job & continued the through colour render on to the front facet of the house which ties it all in a treat.
